Please submit any late player registration requests to the following email ayso515lateregistration@yahoo.com . We are sorry; however we will only accept requests that are submitted through the dedicated email provided; as we will try to accommodate your request on a first come first serve basis.
Please submit your request in the following format -
Subject line: Gender (Boy or Girl), Division age (Age of Child)

Name of Parent or Guardian

We will make every effort to try and honor your request. We have limited space for most divisions still available.
Please go to www.eayso.org to pre-register your child after submitting your registration request. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please remember you can register online at www.eayso.org and print out your form with your information to bring with you to any one of our registration dates. Please remember to bring your child’s birth certificate for verification if registering a new player.
The American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Very Important Player (VIP) program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities prevent them from successful participation on mainstream teams.

CLEAT EXCHANGE
Bring outgrown cleats to be recycled. Experienced cleats will be available to take at no cost.
Contact Regional Recycling Coordinator if you would like to donate cleats or check for available sizes.
